Feature: Passing linear invariants to the solver #164
Description
Added the field linear_invariants to the structs PDSFunction and ConservativePDSFunction and store the corresponding matrix via a StaticArrays.SMatrix of linear invariants in each problem contained in PDSProblemLibrary.jl.
