Converted procedural skybox to a R3F component

hey @Nugget8 thanks so much for the code. i am currently building a threejs experience and i wanted to have a day and night mode i figured just having a button to switch between the modes would be cool but i ended up discovering your code and decided to use a procedural skybox for the cycles instead. its not perfect and i only focused on the skybox(so nothing else) but i figured maybe someone might want to use it like i did. https://github.com/washington254/PROCEDURAL-SKYBOX-REACT-THREE-FIBER
