Description

After editting the lead of an active work package, the diff on the change request review says it would make the WP inactive, but that doesn't actually happen. The diff on the change request review should reflect the actual behavior.
Steps to reproduce:

• edit an active work package (editing any of the values) and then create a change request
• review the cr, and in the diff section, the updated status will appear as inactive

Acceptance Criteria

The change request diff is consistent with the expected bahavior

Proposed Solution

Try to reproduce the bug, figure out why changing a lead causes this, and then implement a fix
