[Finance] - More Specific Sponsor Task Slack Link

Description

When users are assigned to a task for a sponsor, they are sent a notification on slack with a link. Right now, this link just goes to the generic sponsors page. It should be updated to show the spcific task that needs to be completed.

Acceptance Criteria

When a assignee clicks the link from the slack bot, they are taken to a page which has the specific task on it, as opposed to the generic sponsors page

Proposed Solution

You will need to add optional query parameters to the url for the sponsors page which specify either a company or a task (whichever makes sense). Then, you will need to change the slack utils function that sends the link to include those parameters
