Question about NRFS #2

Hello, while I was looking for r/w fuse filesystems with compression I stumbled upon this project. What is the intended use case for this filesystem? Is it norost-b? Does it support all necessary features needed to "run" a linux chroot mounted on it? If it doesn't can you suggest usecases that you think NRFS would be great for?
