Some event handling is not functional yet, particularly:
• Starting a drag from the Custom Hotbar
• dragging onto the Custom Hotbar from the existing Macro Hotbar
• dragging onto the Custom Hotbar from character sheets

You can create a macro by dragging it from the Macro Directory file, or by clicking an empty space as usual.
