STF DDS Converter

This is the first release of STF DDS Converter. STF DDS Converter is a simple tool that converts .stf texture files to .dds graphics (which can be edited with GIMP) and vice-versa. These texture files are known for their use in both Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising and Operation Flashpoint: Red River. It features auto-width and compression detection, and can assist with texture modding by streamlining the file conversion process.
