Multiple loss functions AutoMLForecast

Hello!
I've one question, I'd like to log some metrics from the AutoML- tuning to MLflow, what would you recommend me to do?
I know we can retrieve the best trial metric from AutoML, but I want to log more than one metric.

I'd like your opinion for this procedure:

1. Fine tune with AutoML with my current loss_fun.
2. Then use the model from AutoML on Cross- Validation (with same config as AutoML), and from there calculate desired metrics and log them.

Or do you have another systematic way of doing this?
I just want to make sure that the metrics (AutoML and CV) I log are created the same way.
