Version 3 - Project Settings - Requesting Help

I removed the HumanizerConfig class as it was causing many problems, and am now saving the config in the Project Settings. Ideally you could just edit these straight from the ProjectSettings popup, but I cant get the type hints to save so its kind of frustrating. My solution has been to make a custom settings popup from the tool menu, but then of course i have to write the entire interface, was around 160 lines just for the slots. I would like some help with either saving the type hints properly, or building up the settings menu popup.
