No dual / extended bolus downloaded from Carelink

How can I make xdrip to show on the graph the amount of an extended / dual bolus?
I'm using a Minimed 740G pump, with Carelink Follower as data source in xdrip, and it only shows normal boluses and the "now" portion of a dual bolus.
There was a previous version (I don't remember which one :() that used to work ok.
