The BLE Scanner cannot see the Dexcom transmitter. I changed the battery before 30 days. Is there anything else I can try before changing the battery again? |

If you have a multimeter, you can measure the voltage between the two transmitter contacts. |

I have been using Anubis and a new sensor for approximately 13.6 days. This morning, there were no readings for about half an hour, so I changed the temporary transmitter ID in an attempt to trigger the connection sooner. That didn't help. Restarting and staying on the 'System Status' page for five minutes didn't help either.
