Tidepool not getting treatment notes #4035

I'm not sure if 2 is related to why notes may not be uploading, but I emailed Tidepool support and they said the uploads from XDrip+ does not appear to conform to the expectations set by the Tidepool Data Platform to display CGM data.

That doesn't seem to have made any difference. I checked Use New Auth and I clicked the Test Tidepool Login to make sure it was connecting properly and it is. I added a note and waited for my CGM data to upload. It did and I see new CGM data in the Daily tab but still no notes. And my Tidepool Basics tab is still showing no devices. |

I appreciate your response. That'd be ridiculous of me to enter those as notes. I'm not entering a note saying 2 units of insulin. I'm entering a note saying I ate a cheeseburger so I can record how the food impacts my bg. I'm also entering a note saying I did exercise so I can see how the activity impacts my bg. Is there a better way to record this than a treatment note? For completeness sake, tested adding a treatment of 100 units of insulin via the dropper tool on the main display and it did sync across to Tidepool. So it seems treatments are syncing but treatment notes are not. |
