sporadic G7 "sensor failed 7" failures since Android 15 on Samsung?

Good Evening,
I have noticed that over the pas few months I got several of my G7 sensors failing out of the blue (maybe 5 in the past 4 months?).
At first I assumed it was just some bad batch or something. But after running into AAPS BT issues with Dash, I realized that restarting my phone (to fix the dash issue) was also fixing the G7 apparent sensor failed ...

is it possible that the same Android 15 BT incompatibility issue impacting AAPS->Dash BT connectivity also impacts the reliability of the xDRIP->G7 and misleading xDrip in thinking that the sensor had failed?

I have never seen a sensor fail issue caused by a connectivity problem.
It is true that a connectivity issue could mask everything because what you would see on the status page will be what the transmitter was reporting the last time you were connected. But, all that means is that there was a sensor issue the last time you were connected.
Samsung devices can have connectivity issues. So can Xiaomi devices.
Regardless, at the moment the transmitter reports that there is a sensor failure, that is what the transmitter is reporting. It is not something that could be due to a connectivity issue.

Indeed in the past it used to be the case and the only option was to change the sensor. but in this case, restarting the phone makes the issue goes away, after a few minutes, xDrip connects to the very same sensor and everything goes back to normal.

Wow! I don't understand what could cause that.
Can you create a screen recording so that we can see the sequence?

oh next time it happens i will record the "status" screen while it is doing his thing. BTW, I do have today's logs but not sure what to look for...
