Calibration share to follower via xDrip+ sync.

Is there a reason why a calibration done on the master of an xDrip+ sync master/follow pairing would not appear on the follower, even next day?

Glucose values are transmitted in a timely manner, no obvious issues on the sync status of the follower.

The following mother has a different calibration graph and equation to her son the master.

His shows a calibration at 19:16 yesterday that is not on hers.

There should be no calibration graph on a follower as far as I know unless a follower enters a calibration, which is a bad idea.

We can make a change to xDrip to reject a calibration attempt on a follower.

A parent can enter a calibration in order to calibrate the master. And that is fine.

The problem I see is that someone may set up xDrip as a follower and choose to calibrate the follower.
That is not a good idea and it may not be clear to everyone that that's not a good idea.

So I suggest that we make a slight change to avoid a possible misunderstanding.

But, with respect to the calibration graph, if we want the parent to be able to see the calibration graph, we have to only show the master calibration graph.

I don't know how easy it may be to address this.

OK. The current scenario is that the parent follower is receiving an incomplete or outdated version of the master calibration graph.

It seems reasonable they want to see accurate graph with latest calibration.

I agree the follower calibration should just be a replicate of master. This is a bigger fix presumably.

I set up an additional follower and no calibration information appears. Don't know why the first follower has it.

I don't have experience with this.
But, I believer any info on the calibration graph is related to calibrations entered on the same device. So, if the parent has used their follower to calibrate the mater and the master also has entered calibrations, the master calibration graph will show all calibrations while the follower calibration graph only shows the ones entered on the follower.

I don't believe there is any mechanism to transfer calibrations from the master to the follower.
If that is a correct assumption, we may need to add a conditional not to create a calibration graph unless the device is a master.
