Perdida señal follower en xdrip variant1

Hola. Tenemos dos hijos diabeticos y funcionamos desde hace tres días con 2 xdrip de followers. Un xdrip y otro xdrip variant. Nos está dando problemas por las noches el del hijo que acaba de debutar. Pensamos que es algo de la configuración de su móvil que al dejar de usarlo por la noche deja de mandar señal. Nos pasa con dos teléfonos follower. El máster tiene datos sin problemas.
Datos: teléfono master xdrip normal enganchado a libre 2 patched. Marca del teléfono Real me ui 5.0. Android 14.
Versión del xdrip variant: 1f82bb0-20211013
Están revisadas los requisitos principales de xdrip .

The variant is very old 1f82bb0-20211013 - over 3 years

"when he stops using it at night, it stops sending a signal. This happens to us with two follower phones" - does he shut down the wi-fi or is there any "sleep mode" that may do that.

Hello, Many thanks for your answer.
I have tried to reestart several times the follower móvil, turn off . The fact is that when ever I use the master movil, the gollowee recieve the signal.
I am going to search a New versión of the xdrip variant. I really know that I need to setup the nightscout for both. I have tried several times but I find it a little bit difficult.
I will come back in case the new versión of xdrip variant works.

Ok, it sounds like the master is the problem. There are many places where settings can affect power saving. They are often more aggressive on some lower cost brands.

as well as the above you should make sure that the Patched app is excluded from battery saving / power management.

If there is any sleep mode or battery utility it needs to be OFF or disabled for wifi and the above apps.

Many thanks. Very usefull the links. We have navigate through the mobil configuration and disable general optimization of the mobil. So that we have recieve data during the all night

Do I understand correctly that when the master is sleep, the follower gets no readings?

What follower scheme do you use? xDrip Sync, Nightscout, or what?
Can you enable data tables on the master? Then press the power button the master so that it goes to sleep for 10 minutes. Now, unlock the screen on the master and bring up the data tables. Did the master have readings when it went to sleep or not?

There are two completely different possibilities:
1- When the master goes to sleep, it stops getting readings. Therefore, it cannot send anything to the follower. When it wakes up, it backfills.
2- When the master goes to sleep, it continues to get readings. But, it stops sending readings to the followers.

The consequence of either 1 or 2 is that the follower gets no readings. But, troubleshooting the two and possibly identifying the bug could go different routes.
So, it helps to know exactly what happens when the master goes to sleep.

Hello again. Do you know if there is an issue with Libre lik Pach. We have this version 2.3.0.4751. Created on 2019-04-02. When ever we are going to start a sensor (Free style 2) the App pach did not recognize the sensor. So that we cant start the sensor with the App Pach. We usted to have xdrip LinkedIn to the libre Pach. Ana idea. Many thanks

Patched app is obsolete. If you get new Libre 2 sensors with serial number 301 it may not recognise them.

And how can I link the sensor to xdrip? Is there any variant of xdrip that read directly from the Abbot Frestyle App? Or is there any possibility to hava an actual Pach App? Many thanks

Something else has to start the sensor, like the official app.
