Xdrip follower stopped working.

Has anyone's xdrip stopped following at all?
Ours for my wife and my phone have been down for 40 mins.

We use it to monitor our daughter

Yes there is a hardware fault at the server provider. They are attempting to resolve it now.

Did anyone else notice that during this outage, that xdrip wasn't sending data to nightscout? (It was subsequently back-filled when I checked back later).

Makes me wonder when an exception gets thrown for xdrip sync in this scenario, whether the logic flow inadvertently prevents other activities from completing?

For reference, my son's handset is the xdrip+ sync master and is responsible for uploading to a GCP-hosted nightscout instance. We have two xdrip followers. During previous outages (due to firebase messaging being removed), I could change the follow clients to source from nightscout.

@dbames That worries me. I wish I could recreate this.
We want xDrip sync and Nightscout to complement each other so that if one breaks, users can use the other until it is restored. What you describe is very worrying and should be fixed. I would work on it if I could recreate it.
