It seems carbs are coming from two different sources.
Are you sure you have only one source?
I believe xDrip can get treatments from Nightscout or AAPS or manually entered values. So, if you enter a value manually that is uploaded to Nightscout and AAPS gets from Nightscout and sends it back to xDrip, I suspect you may experience this.

I just entered carbs manually using the latest Nightly (2025.03.26) and see no duplication:

I believe the status line carbs are a rolling 24hr figure rather than a since midnight figure. Your lower chart appears to show additional cho on the previous day.
