xDrip + ottai. xDrip occasionally miss bg readings from companion app

I started using Ottai M8 sensor yesterday. I set synchronization via Companion mode in xDrip and everything seems fine except one thing: from time to time xDrip doesn't get glucose reading correctly from Ottai app even they're present in ottai app

01.52PM we get bg reading in Ottai up and same reading in xDrip

01.57PM: we got new bg reading in OTTAI (6.2mmol), but Bg reading in xDrip still the same as previous (7mmol)/ it happens several times a day and I didn't find any logs related to this problem in xDrip. My version xDrip-plus-20240917-dfcbe80

Please note that the xDrip gets a reading in Companion App mode from the notification shown by the main (master) app.
If at the time a new reading becomes available, you are away from the phone, the main app will not receive the new reading as expected and xDrip will not get that reading.
When you come back close to the phone, the main app will get the missed reading through a backfill request. However, it may not show a notification for it or if it does, it will not be shown on the expected schedule. So, even though the main app will eventually show all the readings, xDrip may have some missed readings for that reason.

Have you ever experienced this when it was not due to backfill? I mean have you ever seen a reading appear and exactly at that moment you saw the reading in the main app but never in xDrip?

Have you enabled the Companion Bluetooth setting?

You can inspect your phone and the main app that collects from your sensor to see why it misses readings.

Yes, I enabled companion mode in xDrip, checked all the preferences (disable all restrictions fro xDrip allowing the app to change system settings installed last prerelease of xDrip).

I spotted that issue while keeping master app opened and all types if notifications (badges, pop-ups, lockscreen ara enabled)

0. im near phone and holding the phone in my hands
1. I keep the master app open and time is up, i expect new bg reading in master up (but didn't get it yet)
2. suddenly I see xDrip already «got new bg reading» but it's false (it repeats previous bg reading)
3. after 20 sec master app eventually got new reagins which is true
4. xDrip doesn't change false reading despite the fact there is new bg reading available

I assume that may be caused of desyncronisation of schedules which xDrip expect to get from master up. xDrip is expecting new bg reading but the master app doesn't get it yet and xDrip classifies it as «out of schedule» even it's 30-40 sec lag

I think I can do video if it's necessary 🤔

@togodoooom Are you still experiencing this problem?
If yes, can you enable detail logs and post a screenshot?

Go to Settings > Less common settings > Extra Logging Settings > Extra tags for logging
Enter the following:
UiBasedCollector:v
Tap OK.

To undo, do the same and delete what you entered and OK.

After enabling, you should get more logs. Please wait for the problem to occur. Then, please post a screenshot of the logs.

Can someone outline how the companion app system works please. Is the notification read at fixed intervals by xDrip+ or is it continually scanned for change?
