Show IoB even without BG data

Is there any setting to allow IoB to be displayed in the notification area even when I don't have any BG data being streamed currently?
I'm using Libre2 + Juglucco + xDrip setup and it's working fine most of the time (IoB seems to randomly disappear sometimes, but that's another issue). However, when there is a problem with BT connectivity in my sensor and I don't have any realtime data in xDrip, IoB is not being displayed at all. It doesn't matter whether I'm adding insulin info manually, or by using NFC pen. It is being added succesfully, but it's being incorrectly displayed in the graph and IoB is not being calculated at all.
