Wear OS - Ranged Value Request with color changing Icon

I would be interested in a complication option for WearOS devices that has 3 color oprions, Red (Low) Green (Normal) Yellow (High). This could be set by user preferences.

But in the meantime a simple ranged value rather than a short text would be great.

I have been able to achieve this with Tasker but would prefer to be built into xDrip+
