Is there any instruccions on how to set up the enviroment for development? i want to try to address some issues

Not the repo, the ENVIROMENT, how can i run nginx proxy manager to develop. running docker compose -f docker/docker-compose.dev.yml up does not seem to work:

./dev/resolv.conf does not exist so i need some config files

My apologies, try creating a resolv.conf file in your docker-compose.yml directory. Change nameserver to 127.0.0.1. Then rebuild the container.
