How or where to save the cloudflare dns api token to automatically populate the Let's Encrypt API key in DNS challenge, docker

Hello, I want to have my cloudflare API key already set for when I create a new certificate and use a DNS challenge. Right now it shows the default/generic 123 api key.

I tried updating cloudflare.ini in ${DOCKERDIR}/appdata/npm/data/letsencrypt/, but no change, and I have the following volumes mounted in my docker compose.yaml

    volumes:
      - ${DOCKERDIR}/appdata/npm/data:/data
      - ${DOCKERDIR}/appdata/npm/letsencrypt:/etc/letsencrypt

As in, I'm hoping to save the dns_cloudflare_api_token somewhere rather than find/paste it into the webUI, and I can't find the 'credentials file':
