Failed with simplest setup - s6-svscan: warning: unable to iopause: Operation not permitted

Dear community,

I'm struggling now for some time with the simplest straight forward setup to bring nom to live.

• Raspi with Linux nxpm 5.10.103-v7+ How to migrate / export / import the database #1529 SMP Tue Mar 8 12:21:37 GMT 2022 armv7l GNU/Linux
• docker Version: 26.1.4
• docker-compose version 1.29.2
• lml file from Quick Setup guide
• pi@nxpm:~ $
  drwxr-xr-x 2 pi pi 4096 Oct 10 15:40 data
  -rw-r--r-- 1 pi pi 239 Oct 10 15:41 docker-compose.yml
  drwxr-xr-x 2 pi pi 4096 Oct 10 15:41 letsencrypt
  pi@nxpm:~ $
• fresh image
• starting with docker-compose up -d

and then always getting this:
s6-svscan: warning: unable to iopause: Operation not permitted
s6-svscan: warning: executing into .s6-svscan/crash
s6-svscan crashed. Killing everything and exiting.
s6-linux-init-hpr: fatal: unable to reboot(): Operation not permitted

I did not find any useful info with google + co

Can you guys provide me some support?

Ok... done...
I am not able to reproduce the issue...
I just started from scratch, fresh raspy os, fresh docker, fresh nxpm... done
