Access lists (acl) bulk add or import etc.

How to bulk upload/import from csv/txt (copy past or smth like that) acess lists.
i try to add whole subnets of my provider but its very hard to do it manualy (i need nearly 100 rules at 1 list).

i find that when you create new list files like 1,2,3,4 etc,
user@host:~/docker/data/access# ls -a . .. 1 2
spawn in /data/accesss but they are empty (i think whole rules mb stored in db ?? idk)
i realy think that the lists feature cool for me and dont whant to manualy add thise subnets in "site config" while i whant use thise acl in future on other sites on same host.
