How to configure Nginx Proxy Manager to access Postgresql Database

Hi, I'm a rooky and I'd like to know how to use Proxy Manager to access from internet to my local postgresql database. I've got a domain name, a DDNS, a letsencrypt certificat, I know how to access to a http service, for that Proxy manager works fine, but I don't know do to that for the specific case of a TCP access to Postgresql. thx for your help.
