How to configure the Jenkins reverse proxy

I have been using a custom nginx server for a while but I am interested in using this proxy manager.

However this is not easy to setup with the manager UI. Can someone help me?
I tried using the Proxy Host configuration by redirecting "hostname.xyz" to "host.docker.internal:8080". But this is not enough since there are many configurations that need to be customized.
