rewrite for all hosts

I would like to create a global location rewrite that is applied to all hosts, but if I enter the following in /data/nginx/custom/server_proxy.conf, the proxy manager no longer works.

location /.well-known/security.txt {
    return 301 https://rollenspiel.monster/.well-known/security.txt;
}

ok now that i have tried it again, it works; the other problem was that i created a loop, which i was able to solve:

location /.well-known/security.txt {
	if ($host != "rollenspiel.monster") {
		return 301 https://rollenspiel.monster/.well-known/security.txt;
	}
	try_files /.well-known/security.txt =404;
}
