Image Labels

Hello,

I am using the latest tag when using this beautiful image. Is it poissible to introduce image Labels. Now I need to check the digest hash with dockerhub to find out which version of the image I am using.
I would like to see a image label like the following example:

org.opencontainers.image.version

Once again thank you for the work you are doing by providing this image.
