If it's possible without include nginx and backend in my frontend docker image, but only use NPM

I have NPM, and it's work. I'm going to distribute a new docker image for my frontend code.
but I don't want to reference nginx and backend code to my image. Means only static web page.
Is that possible with NPM and how to configure it in NPM?
