forwarding ip can no longer be changed

i can no longer get an ip address out on a forwarding. after i have changed an ip address, i can no longer get it out of the system.

Forwarding to 192.168.178.82 is always redirected to 192.168.178.70 - no matter what I set.
now no new ssl is made with reference to internal error.

even a domain change causes problems and goes to the "70".

how do i get this out ?
where is this stored in the docker file ?
