User reset and visually all proxys gone

Im using nginx proxy manager for a while now and everything works great. But today i wanted to login, but quickly found out that my user was gone and the default admin@example.com:changme user is there. All my proxys also appear to be gone, but in reality they are still working! How can i fix this issue without reinstalling all my proxys and streams?

I restarted the app, but can't find any error logs or something. I only found this error with certbot, but i don't think that has something to do with this isssue. Rolling back to version 2.9.22 fixed this issue.
