latest version 2.9.21 supports protocols

TLS 1.3 | No
TLS 1.2 | Yes
TLS 1.1 | Yes
TLS 1.0 | Yes

Is it possible to change it to TLS 1.3 only please?

the server has been tested using https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/
