Issues with Proxy Hosts

I'm trying to use the Proxy Hosts, I have set up port forwarding on my router, put the correct A records on the cloudflare DNS and set up the proxy correctly but when I try to go to the url it just takes me to the Nginx Proxy Manager login page.

I have tried searching for over 2 and a half hours but cant find a single mention of this issue anywhere.

When I go to the address I put it into the proxy it works fine, its running off the same server as the open media vault instance:

I'm genuinely so confused and I'm hoping someone here can help me
