Nginx Proxy Manager does not redirect domain

I have installed Nginx Proxy Manager on my DigitalOcean VPS. I have also installed Apache using Portainer, which is published on port 49157 and running. If I go to [My IP]:49157 it works fine. But then I have created a Proxy Host in Nginx Proxy Manager, where the subdomain apache.ansico.dk points to IP [My IP] and port 49157. The DNS settings for apache.ansico.dk also points to [My IP]. But when I visit apache.ansico.dk I only get a timeout.

What could be the problem here?
