MIGRATE transaction from Nov 2019 is the only balance showing #38

This had previously been an issue, but I couldn't find the original issue in the Issues list. I logged into a sigchain created in Feb 2021, and the balance loaded and displayed fine. I loaded my original sigchain which I created in 2017 and migrated to Tritium in Nov 2019, and the balance only shows the MIGRATE transaction.
