Mods can't be added and Status is Incomplete #1356

Describe the bug
I'm using NMM 0.88.2 and I tried updating my mods to the latest versions or downloading some recent mods. If I try to install them I get the "Incomplete" Status and message: "mod can't be added".

Every time I try to install any mod. Some still work but most don't.
Additional information
I've tried everything, reinstall NMM and nothing. This also applies to other games supported by NMM (Oblivion Remastered, Cyberpunk 2077).
