Missing original contributor

I would like to nominate Marsha Jackson to the 'Original Developers' list in the documentation. Marsha deciphered the Apple 2 boot protocol and wrote the original 'a2boot' code (circa 2001). I've not encountered her electronically since then - hopefully she's well and simply had a change in interests.

Beyond a2boot she tracked down and patched some problems with the //gs network login control panel.

I love the idea of crediting Marsha more prominently.

It might be worth having a separate section for a2boot? Like the one I added for macipgw contributors.

Anyways, if you're up for it, I'd love to get a Pull Request from you with your proposed changes to CONTRIBUTORS.md.
