I could test it on my live setup.
Can I perform normal coordinator backup using https://github.com/zigpy/zigpy-znp/blob/dev/TOOLS.md#backup-and-restore and restore it to ZoH+OpenThread RCP firmware?

There's a util in this repo to create a ZoH save (equiv. to NCP NVRAM) from a Z2M data folder. It allows to take over an existing network from zstack or ember. See: https://github.com/Nerivec/zigbee-on-host?tab=readme-ov-file#cli--utils

It's still a bit early to test this on a live network though. Make sure you understand the risks before you do.

I gave it a go on my small dev network, z2z did output a state file and it logged the correct number of devices (just 2) but I kept getting no route errors until I rejoined them.

Seems to work fine after rejoining them so far.
