Remove footlocker registration from container definitions

The model "models/props_forest/footlocker01_closed.mdl" is currently not a vanilla Garry's Mod model, so it doesn't make sense to have it registered in Helix base. I believe Half-Life 2: Episode 2 content is required to properly view this model.

While it's true that Half-Life 2 episodes are now bundled together, the specific model footlocker01_closed.mdl still isn't included in Garry's Mod by default

As this registering have no impact if the model doesn't exist,
There is no true need to remove it even if it may not be included on some setup.
Like CSS content, this models could be present on a lot of server, and removing it from registered container may unnecessary impact them.

As an alternative you could edit Register function to assert that the server has the model.

As pointed out by @Lucasgood5 the model being in the container list whilst not being valid has no impact to the functionality of the containers.
