Template output preview is always displayed on top of everything

Hi there,

it is currently hard / impossible to navigate to other files when solution explorer is not pinned and docked to the right side. Opening the solution explorer then displays it behind the preview window. Can this be fixed?

This is well know problem that affects many add-ins for VS:

madskristensen/MarkdownEditor2022#49

I have not checked if anything has changed lately, but if this issue for MarkdownEditor is still open, I do not believe anything can be done about it right now.
