• Minimum 2 entries are needed by their author/maintainers with minimum 4 votes each.
• We would try to promote all the entries with minimum 4 votes.
• Banner size must be lesser than 100kb and in following dimension
  
• You should submit total 2 banners. One of full size as given above, Second of it's half size in the length.
• Banner with white background must have black border. Banner with black background must have white border.
• We've the rights to reject your banner. There is no clear guideline defined in words yet.
• Entries with negative vote can be excluded from the promotion.
• Commercial projects are not welcome.
