Add Support for TinyOctopus

Hi @MZA989 Speech/Audio LLMs is an interesting addition for our leaderboard, however when I try the inference code I encountered several errors:
in models/__init__.py : ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'models.salmonn'
in utils.py : ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'dist_utils'
in inference.py : NameError: name 'cfg' is not defined
Could you please verify the code? Thank you.
