Dependency Libraries and it's usage.

Hi Team,

I am following the tutorials for ASR with Speaker Diarisation (at [https://github.com/NVIDIA/NeMo/blob/main/tutorials/speaker_tasks/ASR_with_SpeakerDiarization.ipynb])

The tutorial mentions to install following libraries -

1. sox
2. libsndfile1
3. ffmpeg

Can someone please help me with the following points -

1. What the use of these Libraries in nemo and where exactly they are being used.
2. How much dependencies nemo have on this and can we replace these Libraries with libraries with more lenient licenses. (As these comes with GPL and LGPL licenses which might be cause of concern for us).
3. I tried running nemo without sox and ffmpeg and it worked with the tutorial, so we use nemo without these libraries ?
