ASR Diarization model not loading the parameters properly

I am trying to run the notebook "Automatic Speech Recognition with Speaker Diarization" but I am getting the following error.

Apparently, it seems like ASR Diarization Model is not loading the parameters that I have provided in manifest yaml file. I am attaching
my offline_diarization_with_asr.yaml as "txt" so that you can review it. My nemo-toolkit version is 1.4.0. Any help in this regard
would be much appreciated.
