AttributeError: module 'nemo.collections' has no attribute 'nlp'

i have downloaded nemo this way:
sudo pip install nemo_toolkit[all] but when i run import nemo.collections.nlp i am getting
AttributeError: module 'nemo.collections' has no attribute 'nlp'

At the same time, when i run import nemo.collections.cv or import nemo.collections.asr everything works
