Minor: --clean Command Fails Due to Missing Default VPC

When running the cleanup command:
buildstock_aws test.yaml --clean

I consistently receive the following error:
botocore.exceptions.ClientError: An error occurred (VPCIdNotSpecified) when calling the DeleteSecurityGroup operation: No default VPC for this user

This did not occur in previous versions, and seems to be a new issue introduced in bsb v2024.11.0. I haven’t looked into the root cause deeply, especially since it doesn’t affect simulation runs or outputs. However, it might be worth fixing if it’s straightforward.
