Improve Code Autogeneration

All the python structs are currently auto-generated from an open API spec. The problem is that some of the autogeneration doesn't work great and there are errors with some parts of the structs (e.g. classes). 


The current method of handling this is to fix the errors manually. This work should explore some options for how to fix the autogeneration so these issues won't be faced in the future.
