Add DAFS regression test #1289
Description
With the upcoming DAFS version 1 implementation, a DAFS regression test will be added to UPP.
DAFS requires the use of the restricted GTG code, so this test will only run on WCOSS2 and Ursa if the user checks out the GTG code. This will be similar to the hrrr_ifi and rrfs_ifi tests, which only run on WCOSS2 and Ursa if the user checks out the IFI code.
