Use containers for building & executing some languages

Some languages need special configuration in their build process. Instead of special handling, containers like Docker and Podman provide great convenience:

• Environment separation by default
• Can be customized easily
• Reuse build cache & control build deps
• Reuse images in clusters

Some possible disadvantages:

• Difficult to track resource usage
• Increased complexity in deployment
• Additional runtime overhead
