Feedback:

While reviewing several resources, WG members indicated that the use of dateTime was not clear.

Suggested Improvements:

Need a page to explicitly state the standards and to serve as a reference wherever it is being used.

Additional Comments:

This item was identified as priority before moving to testing in 04/22's WG Meeting
